Five Safety Pro have a recognised competence to assist the Client, Principal Designer and Principal Contractors and other contractors with their duties as required by the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015.  We have wealth of experience in performing the role of CDM Consultant and Principal Designer.

Under our CDM appointment, we can offer the following services: –

  • Preliminary site visits
  • Competency assessment of designers and contractors
  • Development of the Pre-Construction Information
  • Review of construction phase plan
  • Construction Health & Safety inspection
  • Coordinate and drafting of the Health & Safety File
  • Client assurance role
  • Monitoring of the CDM risk register
  • Attendance at meetings as required
  • Liaising with all CDM duty holders
